I-Piece

I-Tetromino — The Line Piece

The only piece made of four cells in a straight line. The star of the 'Tetris' — clearing four lines at once.

O-Piece

O-Tetromino — The Square Piece

A 2×2 square piece. Its shape never changes when rotated, making it the easiest piece to handle.

T-Piece

T-Tetromino — The T-Shaped Piece

A T-shaped piece with a bump in the middle. The star of the advanced technique known as the T-spin.

S-Piece

S-Tetromino — The S-Shaped Piece

An S-shaped zigzag piece. Fits well on staircase-shaped surfaces.

Z-Piece

Z-Tetromino — The Z-Shaped Piece

A Z-shaped piece that mirrors the S-piece. Pairs with S to level out the surface.

J-Piece

J-Tetromino — The J-Shaped Piece

A J-shaped piece with a hook to one side. Great for filling corners and the left wall.

L-Piece
